2. Epitranscriptomics in inflammation.
- Identification of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) involved in macrophage activation
- Detection of epigenetic changes in these RNAs and their role in inflammation
3. Factors involved in mitochondrial dysfunction and endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress and their interplay for the regulation of inflammation.
