Abstract

In this paper, to introduce ubiquitous sensing system for medical service, we propose to apply RFID system for medical chart management service. RFID system can identify multiple tags simultaneously. Also, it has a wide applicable frequency range and a strong security characteristic. These kinds of advantages induce various business systems to adopt RFID system. When adopting RFID medical chart management system, there are two issues which should be considered. First one is how to identify more tags simultaneously and correctly. For this we propose optimized reader allocation methods. Second one is how to reduce read time. For this we suggest new double tag elimination method.
