Abstract
This paper proposes a leader-following consensus condition of multi-agent systems with both communication delay and probabilistic self-delay by employing a suitable piecewise Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and the average dwell time approach. A new consensus criterion for the systems is established in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). One numerical example is included to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
