Abstract

A wide variety of computer simulations are utilized for higher education in science and engineering of Korean colleges and universities. This study aims to explore factors, and develop a model to explain the user acceptance of computer simulations used on science and engineering lectures. For this we proposed a proper model of the user acceptance, and also analyzed a survey of students who used computer simulations in the lectures using the proposed model empirically. As the result of this analysis, our proposed model had a good explanatory power of the user acceptance of computer simulations in Korean higher education.
