Abstract

This research presents the complete genome sequence of Flavobacterium nitrogenifigens strain KACC 18538, isolated from the rhizosphere of switchgrass. The genome of the strain includes a single circular 5,497,186 bp chromosome without plasmids and the GC content is 34.22%.
