Abstract

This study presents the complete genome sequence of Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus YGRT94, which was obtained from dairy products in Korea. The genome of the strain is composed of a single chromosome with two plasmids, total size of 3,020,664 bp, and the GC content is 46.81%.
