The new safety critical version of OpenGL, OpenGL SC 2.0 is now available. To support the shading language features of OpenGL SC 2.0, we need an off-line compiling feature. In this paper, we present the overall design and implementation strategy for the OpenGL SC 2.0 off-line shader language specification.",
