Abstract

Yin et al. demonstrate that SUFU exerts both tumor-promoting and -suppressive functions in the SHH subgroup of medulloblastoma. Performing transcriptomic and genomic analyses in the Sufu;Spop double knockout medulloblastoma mouse model, the authors unveil the GLI2 targetome and identify ATOH1 as a key molecular accomplice of GLI2 in medulloblastoma.
