Abstract

A kinetic growth of ZnS NCs passivated by oleylamine ligands was studied in this research. Temperature and chemical potential effect on kinetic growth was obsen/ed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Morphologies of NCs were changed by temperature to a shape such as rod, tetapods, teardrop, etc. we discussed them from a growth rate.
