Abstract

We demonstrate new applications of the flexible polymer film microreactor by using polyimide (PI) which has duable properties against organic solvents, high temperatures and acidic condition. The PI microreactor equipped with 3D-grooved mixing unit was fabricated by laser-ablation method. Microchemical efficiency was performed by two organic chemistry of Knovenagel reaction in various solvents and Beckmann rearrangement reaction at 130 °C and acidic condition.
