Abstract

This paper focuses on discriminating user's Navigational/lnformational intent by using EEG data in static image viewing. According to this theory, we can set the user's base intention of normal state. Accordingly, we calculate Phase Locking Value (PLV) between all electrode pairs and find several most significant pairs (MSPs). After comparing PLV of MSPs in Navigational/ lnformational intent part, we can find the feature that enables us to identify brain activity related to user's Navigational/lnformational intent through visual-experiments based on static image that are closest to practical scenarios.
