Abstract

In this paper, the performance of vehicle to infrastructure (V2I) communications is evaluated based on the IEEE 802.11a protocol at 5.8GHz for ubiquitous transportation sensor networks. The end-to-end delay and fairness are evaluated for traffic information services.
