Abstract

This paper presents a Guard Light Flasher Unit to which the wireless communication technology of 447 MHz bandwidth as well as the Pseudo-3-Way-Handshake routing algorithm for reliable communication in an outdoor environment is applied. We describe how to design, develop and apply some effective routing protocol technologies for communication to the real environment in a city center.
