Rietveld refinement of aluminum sheet with orientation distribution function

Rietveld method was used to refine cold rolled aluminiun (Al) sheet with pole densities as a correction parameter for required orientation effect. The pole figure data were measured at three reflections using powder diffractometry. The orientation distribution function (ODF) was also calculated. The x-ray diffraction patterns for Al sheet was used to analyze the effect of preferred orientation.
