Abstract

The Korean snow cranefly genus ChioneaDalman is reviewed taxonomically. Four species are identified: C.crassipesBoheman, C.kanenoiSasakawa, C.mirabilisVanin and C.deogyusana sp. nov. Among them, C.deogyusana sp. nov. is new to science, and C.kanenoi is reported for the first time in Korea. A key to Korean species and photographs of external features are given.
