Abstract

The most important issues of Si solar cell manufacture are low cost and high efficiency. Optical properties and electrical properties development are necessary to enhance efficiency. Optical absorption in surface of the solar cell needs to be maximized for optical properties development. It is most common to use the texturing process and anti-reflection coating in the way of increasing optical properties. In this paper, the air bridge electrodes formed in order to achieve high efficiency by improving the optical properties of solar cell.
