Abstract

The magnetic microstructures of magnetoresistive La_0.7Sr_0.3MnO₃ (LSMO) thin films were investigated. The magnetic image of the film on NdGaO₃ revealed distinctive straight stripe domain patterns on the order of about 120 nm. It was found that the ordering of the stripe domains is sensitive to the field direction.
