Abstract

This study presents the whole-genome sequence of Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus strain YGRT11, isolated from Korean yogurt. The genome of the strain is composed of a single chromosome with a plasmid, 2,993,353 bp, and the GC content is 46.7%.
