Abstract
The environment friendly supply chain management (SCM) has become an increasingly important business issue because environmental stewardship is one of the triple bottom lines for corporative sustainability. This paper addresses the relationships among constructs concerning environment friendly SCM by analyzing data from Korean firms. The results of a simple regression analysis indicate that environmental collaboration had a significant effect on SCEM as well as on SCM performance, and that SCEM had a significant effect on SCM performance. In addition, there were relationship differences between active (a high level of perceived EI) and passive (a low level of perceived EI) firms in terms of their environmental collaboration, SCEM and SCM performance. The results of this study have important implications for firms interested in developing environmentally friendly supply chain strategies.
