Abstract

The workfunction of graphene was modified using solutionprocessed molybdenum oxide (MoOx) resulting in efficient charge injection in PLED. After the doping, the sheet resistance of five layer graphene with optical transmittance of ~88 % was as low as ~180 Ω sq-1. Compared with the pristine graphene, maximum current efficiency was enhanced by 255 %.
